How?

- Partner and create a network with vetted current senior students, alumni, businesses, and professionals.
- Work closely with guidance counselors in designing surveys, reaching out to career developers, and understanding each student’s interests.
- Create seminars for teachers on how to recognize student potentials and direct recommendation to counselors.
- Have Semi-Annual Job Fairs and online seminars
- Newsletters that share information about workshops and conferences.
When?
Sophomores will be introduced to the program and being participation before their Junior Year
3-6 month internships
Minimally experience 2-3 internships to help cultivate experience in the workplace
